This partnership, formed under the Limited Liability Company Law of the State of New York, is structured to provide the legal protection of your personal assets. We expect investments to be made by both new and seasoned owners whose goal is to enjoy the excitement and pride of thoroughbred horse ownership.


Here’s What’s Happening in Thoroughbred Racing In New York:

• Purses have increased by about 30%.
• Because of the above fact, competition has increased twofold; i.e. more horses per race and better horses at every level of racing.
• The NY Breeding Industry is growing because of the higher purses, with some NY Bred races having a $100,000 purse.

Much of the above has been possible because of the installation of Video Lottery Terminals at Aqueduct Race Track.
